SIX SIGMA BELT CLASSES
LSS Green Belt
This 4 day course is the initial pillar of Six Sigma training. Green Belt offers students an introduction to the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) process, a systematic approach to driving sustainable change. Featured topics include charter formation, process mapping, root cause analysis, solution selection techniques, and statistical analysis. Students learn and apply key facilitation and improvement tools through interactive team-based exercises and traditional classroom sessions. Taught by our Master Black Belts, the course features curriculum and exercises that are specifically tailored to fit student and client needs.
LSS Black Belt
This 4 week course builds off the DMAIC process instilled in Green Belt. Black Belt is designed to train key leaders and change angents on mastery of various tools of focus inherent in DMAIC. This course complements team-based facilitation tools with a deep dive into statistical analysis and modeling best practices using Minitab. Featured topics include regression analysis, coach training, lean inventory systems, and numerous variation modeling concepts. Students learn and apply skills for leading process improvement project teams with significant organizational impact. Taught by our Master Black Belts, the course features curriculum and exercises that are specifically tailored to fit student and client needs.
LSS Master Black Belt
Master Black Belt is the highest level of certification in the continuous improvement framework. Master Black Belts will receive extensive training in lean process improvement and best practices through one-on-one coaching and project-based experiential learning. We draw on a wide-range of tools, proven successful over decades and across industries, to develop your employees in the wide-breadth of lean process improvement tools. Master Black Belts will learn skills to mentor and support other belts (Green or Black Belts) in both project-based and training activities.
