ESC is an outsourced Human Resources and Employment Administration firm, founded in 1995.  ESC’s team of HR experts has the breadth and experience to provide guidance and support in all areas of HR, including strategy, structure, foundational support, labor law compliance, employee relations, training & development, benefit plan designs, compensation, and HR technology.  ESC helps businesses develop engaged and high performing teams, resulting in high performing companies.
