Course Description:  Often, employees are promoted to the role of Team Leader (formal or informal) without the benefit of a structured training course that clearly identifies roles, responsibilities, and the importance of communication.  This interactive training provides a much-overlooked necessity to businesses by providing a complete “supervisor 101” class with tools and templates to lead teams or manage tasks.
