CONTROL CHARTS II
TARGETED MODULE: ONE DAY
For any employees that work in or have direct accountability for cross-functional processes.
Course Size: 8-12 participants
Location: Meliora's Training Facility or On-Site at Client's Location
Students will learn advanced techniques for analyzing non-normal time-ordered data using control charts. The course teaches students how to analyze data distribution, effectively transform non-normal data, and fit the data to the appropriate non-normal control chart. Course topics include Central Limit Theorem, distribution parameters and fit tests, Box-Cox analysis, power and logarithmic transformations, and subgroup sampling.
Analyze and determine the inherent distribution of data.
Perform transformations to normalize data where possible.
Create and interpret p, np, u, c, and X-bar r charts.
