Shari Kiesow

About Shari

Shari is a co-founder of Meliora and currently serves as Partner and Training Lead.  Her expertise includes facilitation and training in Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma, Leadership, Coaching, and Behavior Modeling.  She also has expertise in the areas of project mentoring, process development, and project management.

Prior to joining Meliora, Shari held a number of roles with North American Breweries, including Business Improvement Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where she led improvement initiatives across the company to drive sustainable efficency, cost reduction, and profitabilty.  Her background also includes continuous improvement roles with an international bank as well as a private equity firm.

Shari is a veteran of the United States Army.  She is also a DDI certified facilitator, as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
