Michael Bauer

About Michael

Michael is the co-founder of Meliora and currently serves as the Managing Partner.  He is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Meliora Consulting. Prior to founding Meliora, Michael worked with leading private equity firms to design process improvement systems for corporate turnarounds.

Mike’s background includes working with dozens of companies across both manufacturing and service industries to develop cutting-edge business improvement platforms and execute targeted improvement projects.  His systems and projects have delivered over $300MM of direct financial benefits to clients.

Michael earned his BS in Finance from the University of Rochester and his MBA from University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
