Meghan is an Associate Principal with Meliora. In this role, she provides project coaching and support for our clients, drawing on her expertise in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, project execution, statistical analysis, risk management, and team leadership.

Prior to joining Meliora, Meghan held Operations Leadership roles at a variety of national and international corporations in resin manufacturing, HVAC, and oil refining industries. She led team of supervisors, engineers and technicians, ensuring high quality and efficient work execution. She also developed and led safety initiatives to ensure employees were protected from potential hazards.

Meghan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigman Green Belt.
