About Marissa

Marissa is a Partner at Meliora.  She provides consulting and leadership guidance to Meliora’s clients, with emphasis on continuous improvement deployment, operations management systems (OPEX), strategic planning, scaling production and processes for growth, project management, M&A integrations, and process improvement training and development.

Prior to joining Meliora, Marissa held a variety of leadership, engineering and business improvement roles at organizations in the oil & gas and chemical industries, including Sunoco Refining & Marketing, Arkema, and most recently Philadelphia Energy Solutions, where she served as Business Process Improvement Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis and Project Manager, among other roles.

Marissa holds a BS in Engineering and Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, as well as an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.  She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
