About Lisa

Lisa is Meliora’s Process Improvement Specialist.  In this role, she is responsible for internal continuous improvement efforts and developing project documents and client deliverables.

Lisa’s background includes extensive experience in human resource management and consulting, technical project management, and training and development.  Lisa also has experience running her own business.

Lisa holds a BS in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Organizational Communication & Development from Canisius University. She is also a certified DiSC trainer.
