Joe D’Adamo

About Joe

Joe is a Principal at Meliora.  He works with clients across the country, leveraging his significant expertise in quality, operations, and project management to provide project leadership, coaching, and guidance. He is also one of Meliora’s training instructors and facilitates both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training programs.

Prior to joining Meliora, Joe held leadership roles including Vice President of Operational Excellence, Director of Continuous Improvement, Head of Manufacturing and Head of Engineering at a variety of financial and manufacturing organizations.

Joe is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ).   He volunteers as a Freemason.  He holds a BS in Finance from Stockton University, certificates in Project Management, Budget Accounting, and Financial Management from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Food Safety Defense Coordinator.  Joe is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
