Jim is a Principal at Meliora. He provides project coaching, guidance and leadership to Meliora clients across the country. He is also facilitates and leads Meliora’s training programs, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.
Prior to joining Meliora, Jim spent over 25 years in the beverage industry, holding many roles including Director of Brewery Operations, Brewmaster, Laboratory Manager, Sensory Specialist, and Business Process Improvement Manager. His expertise in continuous improvement has led to successful turnarounds and significant growth for his companies.
Jim has over 15 years of experience in continuous improvement, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
