Caitlin is an Associate Principal with Meliora. Her expertise includes continuous improvement, business and operational analytics, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Caitlin also has experience developing, delivering, and facilitating CI training programs.

Prior to joining Meliora, Caitlin served in continuous improvement and demand planning roles for a major NY cooperative, where she led cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives, applied data and statistical analysis to operational challenges, and supported business and supply chain decision-making. Her broader experience spans the manufacturing, insurance, and nonprofit sectors, with roles in operations, leadership, analytics, process improvement, and data management.

Caitlin earned her MS in Business Analytics from the University at Buffalo and her BA in Theatre from Eastern Mennonite University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
