Allison Prouty

Allison is a Principal at Meliora Partners. She partners with clients to improve operational performance through process improvement, operational excellence, project leadership, and change management. Drawing on her experience leading customer experience and operations organizations, Allison helps clients simplify complex processes, improve customer experience, and implement sustainable business improvements.

Prior to joining Meliora, Allison spent over a decade in the packaging industry, where she held leadership positions across customer experience, transportation, and continuous improvement. Most recently, she served as Director of Customer Care & Transportation, leading cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives focused on improving operations, customer satisfaction, and business performance. She enjoys partnering with teams to develop practical solutions that improve performance while creating sustainable, people-centered processes.

Allison is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
